Finland – Repair, maintenance and associated services related to marine and other equipment – Alusten telakointipalvelut (DPS)

The target of this dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is the docking services for steel and aluminium hulled vessels used in pilotage and maintenance times. The docking services include, among others, the following services: • vessel lifting and lowering services, • vessel maintenance and repair services, • vessel refurbishment and life-cycle services, • vessel design and documentation services. The target of the DPS is described in more detail in the invitation to participate and its annexes, especially in annex 2 "Target of the Dynamic Purchasing System". During the duration of the DPS, all interested candidates may submit an application to participate. The DPS is in force until the date indicated in the procurement notice, unless it is terminated or amended while the DPS is in force. Finnpilot Pilotage Oy may carry out procurements within the DPS with the approved candidates through internal competitions, which may be scheduled throughout the entire procurement phase of the DPS. The procurement phase of the DPS begins after the establishment phase on 9.4.2026 and ends when the DPS period expires. DYNAMIC PURCHASING SYSTEM SCOPE The estimated total value of the dynamic purchasing system, excluding VAT, is a maximum of 50,000,000 euros.
