Number of days within which requests for clarification can be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders/ applications: 18

The deadline for the contracting authority to respond to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators is 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. If the contracting authority is selected for the ex-ante contract, in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance no. 98/2017, as amended and supplemented, it will make available to the persons empowered by the National Agency for Public Procurement (ANAP), through the verification decision, the consolidated responses to the requests for clarification, before uploading and publishing them in the Electronic Public Procurement System, at least 4 days before the response deadline set in the participation notice, in accordance with the provisions of Article 8 of Annex no. 1 to Government Decision no. 419/2018.
