Germany – Social work and related services – Betreuungsdienstleistungen Staffel 10.3

The subject of this procedure is the awarding of services for the care of Central Accommodation Facilities (ZUEs) of the state of NRW, where refugees are accommodated. The Bezirksregierung Arnsberg is leading this procedure for the involved Bezirksregierungen Köln and Münster. The contracting authority for the contractor will be the Land NRW, represented by the respective competent Bezirksregierung. The contract to be awarded includes services particularly from the following areas: Organisation of the ZUE, Social Care, Leisure Activities, Childcare, Furniture and Equipment, Personal Hygiene Articles, Laundry Facilities, Clothing Store, Disbursement of Pocket Money. For each accommodation facility, one bidder/one bidding consortium will be commissioned with the implementation of the service.
