Belgium – Hotel, restaurant and retail trade services – Accord-cadre de services de restauration/catering

This contract concerns the preparation and delivery of meals for collective accommodation centres for people in precarious situations. The services include the supply of ready-to-eat meals, daily on-site delivery and the provision of containers and equipment necessary for transport and service. The contractor will supply the following meals: # Breakfast (cold meal permitted); # Dinner/main hot meal; # Snacks, if applicable. The meals must be balanced and nutritious, adapted to the needs of a vulnerable public and composed in such a way as to ensure adequate intake of proteins, lipids and carbohydrates. The menus must be communicated in advance (1 week before actual delivery).
