France – Commissioning of heating installations – EXPLOITATION, MAINTENANCE ET RENOUVELLEMENT DES INSTALLATIONS THERMIQUES COLLECTIVES (Type Prestations Forfaitaire avec Intéressement) - 5 LOTS

The framework agreement covers the operation of heating plants and substations as well as heating/ECS networks in the buildings and housing units of Nantes Métropole Habitat. Framework agreement of the PFI (Fixed Price with Incentive) type, with supply of wood fuel for the residences concerned. This is a framework agreement with performance obligations on the energy consumption of the facilities. For all lots: - The maximum amount of services for the initial period of the framework agreement of 2 years (1st July 2027 to 30th June 2029) is 29 700 000 euro(s) excl. VAT - The maximum amount of services for the two 2-year extension periods of the framework agreement is 28 000 000 euro(s) excl. VAT. The detailed maximum amounts per lot are indicated in the tender specifications.
