Design and execution of works ”REGIONAL PROJECT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF WATER AND WASTEWATER INFRASTRUCTURE IN MUREȘ COUNTY” The Design and Execution contract includes both the technological and detailed design and the execution of civil works, mechanical, electrical and SCADA installations, including the supply and assembly of the relevant equipment, for the extension of water supply systems, transport pipelines and distribution networks. The scope of the works includes: • The Technical Execution Project according to H.G. 907/2016 – including the design of the technological process (sizing of disinfection installations) and of the constructions, installations and equipment related to the technological objects from the water supply systems, from the pumping stations and from the networks, according to the requirements described in Chapter 2 – Requirements of the Contracting Entity; • Preparation of the documentation for obtaining all the approvals and authorizations necessary for the project, from all the authorities mentioned in the Urbanism Certificate, according to the legislation in force in the field of constructions in Romania; • Execution of the works and commissioning of the objectives; • Training of the operator's personnel and preparation of the Operation and Maintenance Manuals respecting the conditions imposed by the Beneficiary's Requirements; • Preparation of the as-built drawings and of the documents necessary for the Construction Book according to HG 343/2017 with subsequent modifications. In accordance with the provisions of art. 172 para. (2) of Law no. 99/2016, the Contracting Entity sets two deadlines within which it will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/supplementary information as follows: - 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders for requests for clarification received at least 27 days before the deadline for submission of tenders - on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders for requests for clarification received in the interval 26-18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders The Contracting Entity will only respond to requests for clarification addressed by economic operators up to 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
