The subject of the contract is the construction of a new residential building in the wider city centre of Topoľčany, cadastral area Topoľčany. The construction of the new residential building will be carried out on a plot of land where the original residential building, which was demolished, was located. The plot is of irregular shape, bounded by streets on three sides: ul. Janka Kráľa, ul. Krušovská and ul. Bernolákova.
