Germany – Construction work for buildings relating to health – Ederhof / Planung u. Errichtung schlüsselfertig + betriebsbereit durch TU auf Grundlage einer FLB

The subject of the procurement procedure is the provision of planning and construction services for the structural expansion of the Ederhof Rehabilitation Centre in Stronach/Osttirol. The centre caters to children and young people before or after organ transplantation, as well as their families. This is an investment measure funded by the Federal Republic of Germany, with high demands on sustainability and energy efficiency. Following an architectural competition, an architectural firm has been commissioned with the project planning according to HOAI (LPH 1–4, up to the approval planning stage); initial key details of LPH 5 are available. The specialist planning services have been procured separately. A general contractor is now to create the execution planning and implement the construction project on the basis of a functional performance description and the key details.
