The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The framework agreement has no minimum amount and a maximum amount set at 1 912 000 euro(s) excl. VAT (all lots and all periods combined). Each lot will be subject to a separate award. The services are paid for by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. As part of this procedure, we will define and formalise the expectations regarding the operation of our vehicle maintenance markets (cars, trucks, two-wheelers and ambulances), as well as the supply of spare parts for the workshop and mechanics, and tyres.
