The subject of the contract is the execution of multi-disciplinary design and cost documentation for the expansion of the District Court building in Grodzisk Mazowiecki at 21/23 Bartniaka Street, including the reconstruction of the existing court building. The subject of the contract will be carried out in three stages: 1) Stage I: development of the concept, 2) Stage II: development of the construction project along with the submission of a building permit application, 3) Stage III: development of the executive projects, STWiORB, quantities and investor's cost estimates, as well as obtaining and submitting to the Contracting Authority the final decision on the building permit.
