Czechia – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – Běžná údržba komunikační zeleně liniové vegetace pro část 15

The subject of this public contract is the routine maintenance of communication greenery. The subject of the public contract is the mowing of communication greenery, i.e. linear vegetation (grass and shrubs), the collection of waste and the pruning of shrubs, mainly along roads of I. and II. class, throughout the territory of Prague. The territory of Prague is marked on a map, which forms Annex No. 13 of the ZD. An overview of the area forms Annex No. 14 of the ZD. The subject of this public contract is defined in the form of a list by the contractor of the required works and services. Annex No. 15 of the ZD includes, inter alia, the Price List, i.e. the Model for calculating the bid price (hereinafter referred to as the "Model"). The Model specifies in detail the individual specific works and services, the implementation of which the contractor expects during one calendar year, including the expected frequencies/quantities of the performance of these works and services. Depending on climatic or other objective conditions, the contractor is entitled to request some works and services more frequently or, conversely, less frequently, or in a larger or, conversely, smaller quantity. The works on the maintenance of greenery will be carried out in accordance with the general DIR, i.e. the decision on the permission of special use issued by the road administration authority pursuant to Section 25(6)(c) point 3 of Act No. 13/1997 Coll., on Land Transport, as amended, - carrying out construction works and on the basis of the OOP setting out the temporary adjustment of traffic on the road Brněnská and OOP - setting out the temporary adjustment of traffic on the road Southern Link, 5th of May, Spořilovská, Vydaných SSÚ. The fulfilment of the individual contracts will take place with the help of the application CDSw-zeleň, in which the Passport of greenery in the management of the contractor is kept. The contractor, through this application, in particular: a) sets the binding Maintenance Plan for greenery for the relevant calendar year (incl. required deadlines for commencement and completion of activities), b) sends requests for the performance of further activities (with the type, frequency, place and time - required deadlines for commencement and completion of activities specified), or amends or further specifies the requests according to the Maintenance Plan for greenery. All fulfilment of this public contract (i.e. mainly the ordering of all activities, reporting and invoicing) will therefore take place using the application CDSw-zeleň, whereby the selected supplier will be obliged to purchase the relevant licence if it is not already available. The price of the licence for the entire duration of the contractual relationship will not exceed 20,000 CZK. The contractor will provide the selected supplier with training for working with this information system. The purchase of the licence is a condition for concluding a contract with the selected supplier (see also Section 23 of the ZD).
