The town of Edenkoben plans the construction of a new four-group daycare centre. The new building is to be constructed on a 2,711 m² plot, preferably on one level, located directly on Rhodter Straße. A site plan including an aerial view is part of the tender documents. A challenge is the planning of the access road, as the development for staff and parents, especially the parking spaces, is to be located on the northern parcel 2390/27. A vocational school is located between the two, across whose grounds the pedestrian access will be provided. Goods delivery is planned via Rhodter Straße, with the option of 1-3 additional parking spaces at the southern property boundary. The daycare centre is to be constructed preferably on one level; the requirements of the state of Rheinland-Pfalz for the planning of daycare centres must be observed. A cost estimate as of 27.10.2025 is also part of the tender documents. The figures are preliminary estimates and may change during the course of the project.
