Romania – Repair and maintenance services of trucks – Servicii de reparare si intretinere Lot 1: Utilaj multifunctional, Lot 2: Buldoexcavator, Lot 3: Utilaje constructii, Lot 4: Autofreze

The procurement is necessary to ensure the maintenance and repair of imported equipment and machinery from the inventory of D.R.D.P. Craiova, as well as the acquisition of spare parts for these. The self-propelled equipment and machinery for which services are requested, consisting of their repair and maintenance, with the provision of materials and spare parts, are as follows:

Lot 1 Multifunctional Equipment:

1. Unimog U 1400 with summer-winter equipment - 18 units;

2. Unimog U 300 with summer-winter equipment - 1 unit;

3. Unimog U 423 with summer-winter equipment - 12 units;

Lot 2 Backhoe Loader:

1. Caterpillar 428 B - 6 units;

2. Caterpillar 428 C - 5 units;

3. Cukurova Backhoe Loader - 1 unit;

4. Case Backhoe Loader - 1 unit;

5. Caterpillar 928 F - 1 unit;

6. Caterpillar 930 M - 1 unit;

7. Hyundai Loader - 1 unit;

Lot 3 Construction Equipment:

1. Caterpillar Motor Grader - 1 unit;

2. Hitachi Excavator - 1 unit;

3. Wirtgen W100 Milling Machine - 1 unit;

4. Wirtgen Recycler - 1 unit;

5. Vogele Paver - 1 unit;

6. Binder Spreader - 1 unit;

7. Hamm and Ammann Compactor Cylinder - 4 units;

8. Vogele Distributor - 1 unit;

9. Marking Machine - 1 unit, Soneta parapet mounted - 1 unit;

10. Wirtgen W 50 Milling Machine, 21 Manual Marking Machine, 22 Kaeser Compressor, 23 Mini Case Loader, etc.

Lot 4 Road Milling Machines:

1. Fresia Road Milling Machines - 9 units

Note:

A) Pursuant to Article 160(1) of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the deadline by which interested economic operators have the right to request clarifications regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.

B) In accordance with the obligation provided for in Article 160(2) of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the contracting authority will respond clearly and concretely to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. Any request for clarification submitted after the date mentioned in point A) will place the contracting authority in the inability to provide a response within the timeframe mentioned in point B) and, as a result, any request for clarification outside the mentioned deadlines will be considered late.

Both the requests for clarification from economic operators regarding the award documentation and the response of the contracting authority to the requests for clarification or additional information, received under the conditions of Article 160(1) of the Law, are posted in SEAP in the specific section, available in the information system.
