Creation of a dynamic procurement system, the subject of which is the procurement of foodstuffs for the National Institute of Oncology and Mátraháza Medical Center up to a net framework amount of 687 996 599 Ft for a period of 36 months in six (6) partial tendering rounds. The maximum expected value of individual contracts to be awarded within the framework of the DPS, by category, is as follows: 1. part: dairy, dairy products product group net framework amount 109 862 606,- Ft; 2. part: meat and meat products product group net framework amount 179 691 207,- Ft; 3. part: bakery products product group 63 573 543,- Ft net framework amount; 4. part: canned goods (preserves, canned goods) product group net framework amount 118 468 209,- Ft; 5. part: vegetables, fruits product group net framework amount 124 887 308,- Ft; 6. part: bread and bakery products product group 91 513 727,- Ft net framework amount. For inclusion in the dynamic procurement system, the contracting authority will apply the rules of the invitation phase of the restricted procedure, and for the implementation of the procurement within the dynamic procurement system, the rules of the invitation phase of the restricted procedure. This call is exclusively for inclusion in the system. Any economic operator may join the dynamic procurement system at any time during its entire duration, provided it meets the suitability criteria set by the contracting authority. When submitting an expression of interest, the party interested in participating must declare, when submitting documents for the public procurement procedure, that there is no prohibition on the award of the public procurement or concession contract pursuant to Article 5(1) of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine.
