armasuisse Immobilien, Baumanagement Zentral (German-speaking region), intends to award several general planners for construction projects in the Central region (maintenance and tenant requirements) through framework agreements, by lot. The contractor will provide planning services in accordance with SIA LM 112 or relevant SIA LHO. The services of the overall management according to SIA LHO 102/103 Art. 3.4/4.2 are also to be provided. Depending on the project scope, the contract includes:

Phase 21/22: Feasibility study/Project specification

Phase 31: Preliminary project

Phase 32: Construction project

Phase 33: Military planning approval procedure (permitting procedure)

Phase 41: Tendering

Phase 51: Execution planning

Phase 52: Realisation

Phase 53: Commissioning/Completion/Documentation
