Czechia – Information technology services – Portálové řešení pro evidenci parkovacích oprávnění (PPMO)

The contracting authority aims to digitize its individual agendas. One of these agendas is the parking policy of the city of Olomouc (hereinafter also "PPMO"). Currently, the territorial scope of the parking policy is only valid for two parking zones (A and B). In the planned expansion to zones C and D (incl. their sub-areas), it is also necessary to adjust and strengthen the existing part of PPMO, which deals with the registration of parking permits. Therefore, the contracting authority has decided to ensure the provision of a new modern system for the registration of parking permits, whereby these services will optimize faster processing of citizens, ensure connection to state administration registries, connection to other PPMO systems for more efficient processing of transmitted data and also achieve a modern graphical interface according to current trends. The provision of services for the system for the registration of parking permits must also meet all current legislative and security requirements. The subject of the performance of this public contract is: a) carrying out an analysis of requirements, processing and implementation of the target concept, setting up and commissioning the Portal Solution for the registration of parking permits (hereinafter "Portal Solution PPMO"), data migration, testing, conducting training, providing licenses and providing all other related services necessary for the proper commissioning of the Portal Solution PPMO; b) providing the Portal Solution PPMO as a service (in service mode), ensuring its maintenance and support, providing the IT infrastructure necessary for the operation of the Portal Solution PPMO; c) providing development services, analytical and methodological services, implementation of change requests and providing other related services based on the requirements of the contracting authority. More detailed specifications of the subject of the performance are contained in the relevant parts of the tender documentation (hereinafter also "ZD"), especially Annex No. 2 and Annex No. 3 ZD. The types of parking permits are described in Annex No. 12 ZD. The types of parking permits may change over time.
