Germany – Roof insulation work – Neubau Feuerwehrhaus und Bauhof Heitersheim - Dachabdichtungsarbeiten

The town of Heitersheim is constructing a new fire station and a new municipal works building on the northern outskirts of the town. The ensemble, built in solid construction, will be supplemented by 2 steel industrial halls (municipal works vehicles and cold storage). The process will be carried out in sections (see KEV 116.1): municipal works, fire station and then industrial halls. The service advertised here includes the roof waterproofing works for the two solid buildings. Municipal works: approx. 555 m² fall insulation, approx. 665 m² roof waterproofing, roof drainage, 4 units of flat roof windows, approx. 540 m² extensive roof greening. Fire station: approx. 1,710 m² fall insulation, approx. 2,100 m² roof waterproofing, roof drainage, 9 units of flat roof windows, some with smoke vents, approx. 1,710 m² extensive roof greening, PV mounting.
