France – Railway construction works – RER A & B - Accord-cadre niveau 3 - Maintenance patrimoniale GEV

In the context of the RATP's RER Track Framework Agreement, this contract notice aims to group the following services into 5 lots under a single framework agreement: - Lot 1 - Ballast Track Renewal in Short Night - Lot 2 - Long Welded Rails - Lot 3 - Excavation - Lot 4 - Rehabilitation of drainage systems on concrete platform - Lot 5 - Other heritage maintenance works. Each lot will be awarded to a maximum of 6 Contractors and a minimum of 3 Contractors. Each Contractor will be allocated a % of the minimum amount of each lot based on their ranking following the consultation. The minimum total amount for Lot 1 - Ballast Track Renewal in Short Night is 1 500 000,00 €. The minimum total amount for Lot 2 - Long Welded Rails is 4 500 000,00 €. The minimum total amount for Lot 3 - Excavation is 1 800 000,00 €. The minimum total amount for Lot 4 - Rehabilitation of drainage systems on concrete platform is 2 437 500,00 €. The minimum total amount for Lot 5 - Other heritage maintenance works is 300 000,00 €. Under the present framework agreement, the total maximum amount of all Contractors will not exceed ninety-six million EUROS EXCLUSIVE OF TAX (96 000 000,00 € EXCL).
