The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is established for the supply of medicinal products for the needs of NMTB "Tsar Boris III". The medicinal products are detailed in the Technical Specification - Excel format /Annex No. 1/, an integral part of the documentation. The quantities indicated are forecast and may be changed depending on the specific needs of the Contracting Authority - by adding new medicinal products, including changing the forecast quantities, when placing each specific public order within the established DPS for the duration of its validity. The quantities are indicative and do not oblige the Contracting Authority to place them in full. The actual execution of the public order will be determined based on real needs and financial availability. The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is established for a period of 36 months. The Dynamic Purchasing System is open throughout its validity period to any candidate who meets the selection criteria. Access to and participation in it are free and unpaid for all interested parties. All candidates who meet the selection criteria are included in the DPS. The term of the contracts, which will be concluded on the basis of the public orders carried out within the established DPS (restricted procedures), is 24 months.
