Supply of spare parts for official TOYOTA vehicles for KWP in Łódź

Description:

1. The subject of the order is the supply of spare parts for official TOYOTA vehicles.

2. The contracting authority will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then qualify the contractor whose offer was highest rated, in terms of lack of exclusion grounds and meeting the conditions of participation in the procedure, in accordance with art. 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law (so-called reverse procedure).

3. Due to the application of the procedure referred to in art. 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority does not require the submission of a declaration, as referred to in art. 125(1) of the Public Procurement Law, with the offer. The contracting authority will only request this declaration from the contractor whose offer is highest rated.

4. If, with regard to the contractor whose offer was highest rated, there are grounds for exclusion, the contractor does not meet the conditions of participation in the procedure, does not submit personal evidence or a declaration, as referred to in art. 125(1), confirming the lack of exclusion grounds or meeting the conditions of participation in the procedure, the contracting authority will carry out a repeated examination and evaluation of the offers of the remaining contractors, and then qualify the contractor whose offer was highest rated, in terms of lack of exclusion grounds and meeting the conditions of participation in the procedure.

5. The contracting authority will continue the procedure of repeated examination and evaluation of the offers, as referred to in point 4.3 of the SWZ, with regard to the offers of the contractors remaining in the procedure, until the most advantageous offer is chosen or the procedure for awarding the contract is invalidated.

6. Based on art. 257(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority reserves the right to invalidate the procedure for awarding the contract, if the public funds, which the contracting authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract, are not granted to it.

7. The contracting authority does not envisage awarding contracts under art. 214(1) of the Public Procurement Law.

8. The contracting authority does not conduct preliminary market consultations.
