Germany – Central-heating installation work – Sanierung Baulich-Technische Infrastruktur: Wärmeversorungsanalge

The General Administration of the Max Planck Institute in Munich is to be comprehensively renovated during ongoing operations. The services listed in the bill of quantities include the provision of heating services. This includes the complete renewal of the heating centre of the General Administration, excluding the district heating transfer station, which will remain as it is. The rest will be completely renewed. The new system will then be connected to the existing infrastructure within the centre. The work can only begin in the 3rd construction phase, as otherwise the impact on the user would be too great. Since the building remains in use throughout the entire work, all activities must be carried out with the utmost care and with the greatest possible protection of the existing building and the existing systems. To implement this, the construction project will be carried out in several phases. Attention: This invitation to tender includes maintenance services. Deadlines: Work is to begin within 12 working days after receipt of the invitation by the contracting authority (Section 5, Paragraph 2, Sentence 2 VOB/B). The invitation will be sent to you by 29.01.2026 at the latest. The work is to be completed (ready for acceptance) within 1251 working days after the deadline for the start of work (5 working days per week) (see also Appendix 1 of the Special Contractual Conditions VHB-214).
