The subject of the contract is planning services for the new construction of a sludge deposition site for the city drainage system of Hamm, east of the KLA Hamm West. The sludge deposition site is to be newly planned as a facility for the reception, interim storage and loading of sludges as well as other organic and mineral mixtures. Three modular and variably usable storage boxes are planned, each with a depth of approximately 15 m, a width of approximately 12 m and a height of approximately 10 m with a maximum interim storage duration of up to four weeks. The supporting and roof structure is to be designed as a steel structure (galvanized steel, e.g. trapezoidal sheet or sandwich roof) and designed to accommodate a photovoltaic system; a roof overhang is to be provided to minimize the ingress of rainwater into the drainage facilities. The photovoltaic system is to be designed with an annual yield of approximately 110,000 kWh, taking into account the limit of 100 kWp, and combined with a battery storage system with a capacity of approximately 50 kWh. The base plate is to be designed to be watertight and corrosion-resistant and provided with a differentiated slope (e.g. 3% / 2% / 1%) in the direction of the leachate channel. Suitable separating systems (e.g. concrete blocks) are to be provided to separate the storage areas. Furthermore, facilities for drainage with leachate channels and sand trap as well as a system for controlled discharge of clear water via a valve chamber are to be planned. The measure also includes a washing area for cleaning the vehicles used, including treatment of the wastewater generated. In addition, a vehicle shed in reinforced concrete construction with a separate operating area is to be provided, which, in addition to parking spaces for two operating vehicles, also includes technical, storage and social areas. These include in particular switchgear assemblies, energy storage systems, EMSR technology, storage areas and sanitary facilities.
