The European Commission, acting on behalf of the European Union, intends to award a contract for the provision of a framework agreement for the supply of a range of goods and services for the European Commission's institutions, bodies and agencies. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender, as defined in the EU Public Procurement Directive 2014/24/EU.

The framework agreement will have a duration of 48 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional 12 months. The estimated total value of the contract is EUR 10,000,000 to EUR 20,000,000.

The contract will be divided into lots, with each lot corresponding to a specific category of goods or services. The following lots are envisaged:

Lot 1: Office supplies

Lot 2: Information technology equipment

Lot 3: Furniture

Lot 4: Cleaning and maintenance services

Lot 5: Catering services

Lot 6: Travel and accommodation services

Lot 7: Security services

Lot 8: Translation and interpretation services

The contract will be awarded to a single supplier for each lot, with the possibility of subcontracting to other suppliers. The contract will be subject to the EU Public Procurement Directive 2014/24/EU and the relevant national procurement regulations.

The deadline for the submission of tenders is 15.00 hours (Brussels time) on 15/10/2023.
