The scope of the contract concerns the establishment of a "Sourcing Infrastructure" contract to handle level 2 and 3 support for infrastructure products, Build and Run within the Architecture & Exploitation division of the DSI of Enedis. 4 lots in total. 3 lots with performance obligations: - Lot 1 Infrastructure Security Products: single award - Lot 2 Network: single award - Lot 3 Hosting: single award 1 lot with means obligation - Lot 4 Security/Network/Hosting Expertise: multiple awards One supplier may be awarded 1 or more single-award lots (they are not exclusive to each other) Lot 4 is exclusive to the other 3 lots. The award rule is as follows: - Suppliers may respond to all lots if they wish - Priority for award goes to the single-award lots. Thus, if a supplier is awarded one or more of lots 1, 2, or 3, they will be excluded from lot 4 at the time of award.
