The scope of the assignment includes the complete execution of the Multimodal Hub Eindhoven (MMK) project within the field of architectural services. To this end, a Preliminary Design and a Preliminary Design must be achieved, in line with the project budget, through Value Engineering. This includes the investigations required for the Spatial procedures. The project consists, but is not limited to: an underground bus station including bus tunnels, underground bicycle parking, a station hall, a station square, real estate on the station square and two platforms.
