Description

The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The services will be remunerated by applying the unit prices set out in the price schedule to the quantities actually performed. The maximum amount of the framework agreement services is defined as follows:

- Initial period (2 years): 300 000,00 euro(s) excl. VAT

- 1st renewal (1 year): 150 000,00 euro(s) excl. VAT

- 2nd renewal (1 year): 150 000,00 euro(s) excl. VAT

The present contract aims to carry out flood vulnerability assessments of individual homes exposed in the PAPI area of the Toulouse agglomeration, and whose owners have volunteered. The assessments allow:

- To raise awareness among beneficiaries;

- To analyse in detail the vulnerability of property, people and buildings to flooding;

- To propose relevant and realistic measures to reduce vulnerability, both organisational and structural.

The service will also help beneficiaries, if they wish, to mobilise existing financial assistance and to make the right choice of materials envisaged for work. General presentation of product categories and types of services:

Mission 3: Monitoring the implementation of the diagnostics

Mission 4: Carrying out the diagnostic

Mission 5: In-depth restitution of the diagnostic report
