This contract is for a project management mission for the redevelopment of the former quarry at Boissise-la-Bertrand (77350). The required project components are as follows: AVP: Preliminary design studies PRO: Detailed design studies AMT: Assistance with public works contract awarding VISA: Approval of construction and enterprise synthesis studies DET: Contract execution management OPC: Scheduling, monitoring and coordination AOR: Assistance with reception operations The call for tender is conducted through an accelerated procedure, in accordance with Articles L.2123-1 and R.2123-1 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract also constitutes a framework agreement with order forms, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R2125-1, R2162-2, R2162-4, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code, with regard to the ordering of additional services at unit prices (unit price schedule). Based on the prices indicated in the Unit Price Schedule (UPS): - No minimum amount, - Maximum amount of 30,000 euro(s) excluding tax for the total duration of the contract. It is awarded as a lump sum contract because the allocation in separate lots does not allow for the identification of distinct services in accordance with Article L.2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code. The description of the services, their technical specifications and their locations are indicated in the programme. The estimated cost of the works is set at 1,950,000 euro(s) excluding tax (including contingencies).
