The aim of the public procurement is to secure additional expert capacities for the Contracting Authority in the management and administration of the EU Funds Management Information System (hereinafter “ISSF”). The ISSF will be a critical information infrastructure element and part of a regulated service pursuant to Act No. 264/2025 Coll., on cybersecurity and further pursuant to Act No. 266/2025 Coll., on critical infrastructure, as amended. The subject of this public procurement (hereinafter “Procurement”) is therefore the provision of technical supervision services for the development, operation and evolution of the ISSF system.
