Germany – Building consultancy services – Leistungen „FM-Planungs- und Betriebsberatung“ für das Projekt Neubau Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (BMZ) in Berlin (Vergabenummer VOEK 449-25)

The Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) requires new accommodation at the Berlin site. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) intends, as the owner and client, to implement this requirement in a new building. The subject of the present tender procedure is the award of "FM Planning and Operational Consulting" services in accordance with the underlying contract draft (Annex_C-01). The future contractor (AN) is to advise on the new construction and open space areas for facility management, and to carry out the commissioning management and technical monitoring, and to do so in ongoing communication with the AG, the general planner and the specialist planners, as well as the construction company.
