The object of the tender is to select an offer for the subsequent award of an administrative concession for the occupation of public port domain for the establishment of a business centre for technology and innovation, aimed at entrepreneurship, offices, training and events in the NAVE EFO 16 of the Port of Valencia, in accordance with the provisions of Article 86 of the Consolidated Text of the Law of State Ports and Merchant Marine, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2011, of 5 September, and any other applicable provisions.
