The subject of the contract is the supply (purchase) of desktop and laptop computers, computer monitors, and specialist audio stations for Polish Radio S.A. in liquidation – hereinafter also referred to as „Equipment”: 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into parts, which, for the purposes of the procedure being conducted and the contract being awarded, are referred to as „Tasks” in the remainder of the text. The basis for dividing the subject of the contract into Tasks was the type of computer device. Based on these bases, the subject of the contract was divided into the following four Tasks: 1) Task 1 of the subject of the contract covers the supply of desktop computers. 2) Task 2 of the subject of the contract covers the supply of computer monitors. 3) Task 3 of the subject of the contract covers the supply of laptop computers. 4) Task 4 of the subject of the contract covers the supply of specialist audio stations – sound stations for the Pyramix system. 3. Contractors may submit partial offers, in the sense of art. 7 pt 15 of the Pzp Act, for one, two, three, or all Tasks into which the subject of the contract is divided. 4. The contracting authority does not specify the maximum number of Tasks for which the contract will be awarded to one contractor. 5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the OPZ (Description of the Subject of the Contract), which is Annex 1 to the SWZ. 6. The subject of the contract will be implemented in accordance with the conditions of the contract specified in the draft contract clauses, which, for all Tasks into which the subject of the contract is divided, constitute Annex 7 to the SWZ.
