Every year, the contracting authority organises the official opening of the academic year on the Third Thursday in September (hereinafter referred to as DDiS). During the DDiS, all colleagues meet and officially open the new academic year. The organisation reflects on where it stands as an organisation and what the ambitions are for the coming year. The number of participants for the event to be planned is 1,250 employees. No rights can be derived from the mentioned size. Based on historical data, the annual value of the contract was on average € 300,000.00 including VAT per year. The maximum value of the framework agreement is set at a total of a maximum of € 1,400,000.00. Future indexations have been taken into account. If the specified size is realised earlier than the end date of the framework agreement, the agreement ends.
