The work involves the new construction of a multifunctional office building in Oirschot with the ambition to create an architectural landmark. The work includes additional tasks such as preparing the site for construction and habitation, including a minor demolition project, etc. - Floor area of the multifunctional office building: approx. 6,000m2, divided over 3 floors. A basement is present over a small part of the building plot. The site to be developed covers approximately 8,000m2. - The following disciplines are required: architecture, construction, building physics, electrical and mechanical (W&E) installations, measurement and control technology, 'building in water', 'realising pile foundations using bored piles', earthworks, security technology, ICT, data. Collaboration with a third party will be necessary for data and security installations.
