The subject of the order within the basic order is the provision by the Contractor for the Contracting Authority: 1) the supply of technical equipment with software for the digital recording of court proceedings, installation, implementation, commissioning and warranty service and technical support in 77 rooms not yet equipped with equipment for the digital recording of court proceedings (Annex 3a to the Agreement – Location List) and 24 rooms indicated for modernisation (Annex 3b to the Agreement – Location List); 2) the supply, installation and commissioning of technical equipment with software as well as the installation, implementation and warranty service and technical support of the audio-video recording system for 16 Friendly Interview Rooms (Annex 3c to the Agreement – Location List); 3) the provision of a warranty for the products supplied and the services performed under the Agreement for a period of 48 months counted from the date of signing the relevant acceptance protocol. The subject of the order also includes the right of option, which relates to the supply of technical equipment with software for the digital recording of court proceedings, installation, implementation, commissioning and warranty service and technical support and the provision of 48 months warranty, in 32 rooms indicated for modernisation listed in Annex 4 to the Agreement. This Annex is a distribution list which specifies, inter alia, the number of courtrooms and their location as well as the data of the Contracting Authority and the end user.
