Sweden – Building construction work – KV Kalmar syd

The contract involves the new construction of the facility in Kalmar. The property on which the new facility is to be built is approximately 26 Ha. The facility must accommodate 432 places for detainees, of which 40 places can be converted into remand places (communal remand). The Swedish Prison and Probation Service requires security for a Class 2 facility, with regard to the choice of protective shell, construction method, doors, windows, cameras, external protective shell such as perimeter, etc. The contract consists of two sub-areas (E12 and E13), where applicants have the opportunity to participate in the dialogue, and at a later stage submit a tender, for one sub-area or both sub-areas in combination, depending on what emerges during the dialogue with qualified applicants.
