The contracting authority intends to build a new waterworks on the property "Am Wasserwerk 1, 24395 Gelting". According to the current status, the following projects are to be implemented (substantially simultaneously) on the property: Project 1: Workshop and office building including filter hall for water softening incl. iron and manganese removal of drinking water. Project 2: Drinking water tank (2 water chambers/drinking water tanks with pumping station) with adjacent control building. Project 3: Sedimentation plant. The subject of this procedure is the award of the services of the building and interior design planning according to §§ 33 ff. HOAI for Project 1: Workshop and office building including filter hall.
