The subject of the contract is "Management of municipal waste from properties located in the area of Strawczyn Municipality in 2027". 2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract: a) Area of Strawczyn Municipality: 86.26 ha. b) Number of residents of Strawczyn Municipality calculated based on permanent and temporary residence registrations (as of 17 September 2026): 11,394 persons. c) The number of residents to be serviced includes 9,798 persons as of 17 September 2026 (based on submitted declarations of the fee for municipal waste management). d) Number of villages: 12. e) Number of localities: 14. f) The total amount of municipal waste collected, transported and managed from the area of Strawczyn Municipality in 2025 amounted to: 2,256.095 Mg from inhabited properties. Management of municipal waste directly from all inhabited properties in the area of Strawczyn Municipality in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, as well as the reduction of the mass of biodegradable waste sent for disposal in accordance with the relevant legal provisions. Waste management includes selectively and mixed collected municipal waste. 3. Waste management Waste management of municipal waste will be carried out in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods of waste fractions – as defined in this respect in generally applicable legal provisions, including the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and executive acts to this Act. 4. Waste management. 1. Delivery of waste will be documented by the Contractor. Each delivery will be registered and confirmed by a document containing the date of delivery, type, code and weight of the waste, vehicle registration number and delivery identification data. The driver of the waste supplier receives a copy of the aforementioned document during the delivery of each batch of waste. 2. As part of the documentation of the services of municipal waste management from inhabited properties covered by this contract, and in connection with the reporting requirements specified in the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the entity providing the service is obligated to: 1) weigh all delivered municipal waste on a legally calibrated vehicle scale; 2) store documents confirming the weighing, as mentioned in point 1), and submit to the Contracting Authority monthly reports (submitted in paper form) containing the quantities of collected waste (resulting from the information contained in the BDO system); 3) maintain current records of waste delivered for management within the implementation of the contract with the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the law. 3. Settlement of the service will take place on a monthly basis based on the total mass of accepted mixed municipal waste and the mass of selectively collected waste from property owners in accordance with the applicable provisions. 4. Settlement for the performance of the subject of the contract will take place each time after the end of the calendar month, based on a properly issued VAT invoice submitted to the Contracting Authority together with a monthly report (submitted in paper form), containing the quantities of accepted municipal waste (resulting from the information contained in the BDO system). 5. The Contractor will present a report, as mentioned in point 4, divided into mixed waste and segregated waste, divided into individual fractions. 6. The Contractor will submit to the Contracting Authority all required reports specified by the applicable provisions on waste management, within the deadlines indicated by the law. 5. *The values given above should be treated as estimates, as the Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the number of waste collection points and the number of residents. The Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of implementing contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Pzp Act, involving the repetition of the same services up to 20% of the value of the contract.
