France – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Accord-cadre d'études et de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour les travaux relevant du domaine public de la Commune de Montfermeil

This framework agreement is a multi-disciplinary design framework agreement, allowing the selected service providers to be entrusted with all (or part) of the study and design missions, with the aim of carrying out investment works on structures falling within the competence of the Commune de Montfermeil. The following services are excluded from the scope of the framework agreement: - Design missions with a fee estimated at more than 300 000 Euros HT and/or subject to a competitive tender. - Programming missions, - Design missions for which the contracting authority wishes to bring in skills not present in the teams holding the framework agreement.
