Finland – Construction work – Pri-Mn-Tko, tasoristeysturvallisuuden parantaminen, RU4, osallistumispyyntövaihe

The contract includes all works related to level crossing modifications, including superstructure, safety equipment, electrification, insulation removal and earthworks, as well as safety tasks included in the contract to the extent defined in the construction plan and contract programme, with all related equipment, devices and materials, excluding REM list materials and rail materials. The contract includes construction works as defined in the contractual documents. The main phases of the contract are:

- Demolition of the Yyteri level crossing

- Construction of the new Yyteri level crossing

- Safety equipment modifications at the Yyteri level crossing

- Removal of the Heinosentien level crossing

The contract includes the following optional items:

Year 2027:

- Option 1. Modification of the Enäjärvi level crossing to a light traffic level crossing

- Option 2. Removal of the Heikinpuisto level crossing

- Option 3. Removal of the Tattarintie level crossing

- Option 4. Removal of the Linnaistie level crossing

- Option 5. Removal of the Säikäntie level crossing

- Option 6. Removal of the Kuuri-Riutta level crossing

The contracting authority will decide on the implementation of the 2027 optional items by 31.1.2027. Year 2028:

- Option 8. Removal of the Virtasentie level crossing

- Option 9. Removal of the Kirrinsannatie level crossing

- Option 10. Removal of the Lyhtykarintie level crossing

The contracting authority will decide on the implementation of the 2028 optional items by 31.1.2028. Works must be coordinated with RU1. Year 2029:

- Option 11. Removal of the Betlehemintie level crossing

- Option 12. Improvement of the Taukotie level crossing including new safety equipment

- Option 13. Removal of the Katavantie level crossing

The contracting authority will decide on the implementation of the 2029 optional items by 31.1.2029. Optional works must be coordinated with RU3.
