The project concerns the provision of services for the design, implementation and operation of a digital environment and operational support for the process of transferring fixed interconnected Users from the ESMHE to the ADMHE, for a period of twenty-four (24) months. As part of the implementation of the project, the Contractor undertakes the comprehensive design, implementation and operational support of a unified digital environment for the management of fixed transfer cases of interconnected Users from the ESMHE to the ADMHE, as well as the parallel operational management, processing and clearance of the related outstanding matters. Specifically, the project includes two distinct but complementary work streams: • on the one hand, the design, development and commissioning of a comprehensive digital environment for managing the transfer of fixed cases, which will support the entire lifecycle of fixed transfer cases, ensuring structured recording, monitoring of the progress of procedures, traceability and administrative oversight, • on the other hand, the active operational management and clearance of up to one hundred and fifty (150) outstanding cases of old (already electrified) User connections, through coordinated actions of collection, checking, completion of data, communication with stakeholders and provision of specialized recommendations.
