You are hereby invited to submit tenders to participate in Higab's procurement concerning the framework agreement for planned maintenance and local adaptations. The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement that creates conditions for an effective, qualitative, and sustainable implementation of planned maintenance and local adaptations. The framework agreement is intended to contribute to stable cooperation, clear work methods, and good cost control, while also enabling development in areas such as quality, climate, reuse, and social consideration. The framework agreement includes contracts of varying sizes and nature, including local adaptations and planned maintenance, often in buildings with varying degrees of cultural-historical value. Work is often carried out in premises with ongoing operations or remaining residents. Please note that during the summer period from 6 July to 9 August, Higab will not respond to any questions.
