The purpose of the public contract is to build a multi-fuel boiler with the expectation of burning 100 % unprocessed municipal waste, with large-volume waste being processed by crushing off-site and the crushed processed waste being transported to the facility, which will actually serve as a waste-to-energy facility (ZEVO) in the area of Teplárny SEVER located in the city of Třebíč, which will enable the replacement of the current method of handling selected waste, enable their energy use through a controlled combustion process, and at the same time ensure the effective use of the generated energy for the production of electrical energy and heat. The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the construction of a multi-fuel boiler, which will actually serve as a waste-to-energy facility (ZEVO) (hereinafter also referred to as the "facility" or "work") in the form of a "turnkey" implementation, including the processing of implementation documentation, the supply of all technological equipment and related components, their assembly, installation, connection to the existing infrastructure of the contracting authority, ensuring test operation (or cooperation in its provision), commissioning of the facility, carrying out functional, operational and warranty tests, elimination of defects and incompleteness, resolution of non-compliance with guaranteed parameters, training of operators and handing over of complete operational, technical and legally required documentation and provision of warranty. The subject of the performance is also the preparation and cleaning of the construction site, the performance of all necessary inspections, tests and controls, the provision of the required certificates, declarations of conformity and other documents necessary for the proper commissioning of the facility and its use in accordance with the relevant legal regulations.
