Bulgaria – Event services – „Предоставяне на услуги, свързани с организиране на събития от Изпълнителна агенция „Програма за образование“

The services, which are the subject of this public procurement, include the provision of services for the organisation and conduct of public events, conferences, meetings of the Monitoring Committee of the 2021-2027 Programme, information days, training of IAAP staff, working meetings, seminars, training and meetings with beneficiaries, and other events organised by IAAP, in its capacity as Managing Authority of the "Education" Programme 2021-2027 and Intermediate Body of the "Scientific Research, Innovation and Digitalisation for Intelligent Transformation" Programme 2021-2027 (PNIIDIT), which are divided into the following categories:

1. Category I:​​​​​​​ Predicted number of events – 3 (e.g. public events, conferences, seminars)

Predicted number of participants in one event – over 101 people

Predicted duration of one working day of the event – up to 8 hours

Predicted duration of the event: up to 2 days

2. Category II: ​​​​​​​Predicted number of events – 22 (e.g. Monitoring Committees (MC), meetings of working groups, information days and training of beneficiaries, training of IAAP staff)

Predicted number of participants in one event – from 31 to 100 people

Predicted duration of one working day of the event – up to 8 hours

Predicted duration of the event: up to 3 days

3. Category III: ​​​​​​​Predicted number of events – 8 (e.g. working meetings)

Predicted number of participants in one event – up to 30 people

Predicted duration of one working day of the event – up to 8 hours

Predicted duration of the event: up to 1 day

4. Category IV: ​​​​​​​Predicted number of events – 1 (e.g. public information events open to the public)

Predicted number of participants in one event – over 101 people

Predicted duration of one working day of the event – up to 8 hours

Predicted duration of the event: up to 1 day

The conditions and order of execution of this contract, as well as the activities subject to it, are described in detail in the technical specification of the contracting authority and in the draft public procurement contract. During the contract performance period, the contracting authority reserves the right to order both fewer and more events than the predicted number. The contracting authority will not declare events when the maximum contract value is reached.
