6.1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of an X-ray apparatus for the Hospital Emergency Department, including integration with the PACS/RIS system and adaptation of the room 6.2. The subject of the contract must be approved for sale and use in the territory of Poland and must be in accordance with the applicable legal provisions in this area. It must have all the necessary certificates and other documents listed in the SWZ. 6.3. A detailed description/conditions regarding the subject of the contract is contained in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, as well as: detailed requirements regarding the technical and user parameters of the subject of the contract are in Annex No. 2b to the SWZ.
