The present consultation concerns the demolition and reconstruction of the Saint Louis underground car park, and the redevelopment of the public spaces of Place Saint Louis and the adjacent streets in Brest. The consultation is divided into 12 technical lots. Only Lot 1 - Demolition - Site Installation - Major Works is the subject of the present procedure. Other consultations will be launched concurrently but under different procedures.
