The subject of the contract is the supply of sterile and non-sterile medical equipment, along with their transport, unloading and delivery (at the cost and risk of the Contractor) in the manner indicated by the Contracting Authority for the Szpital Pomnik Chrztu Polski in Gniezno. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the Price Form (OPZ) – constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority allows the submission of equivalent tenders. Detailed regulations are set out in the SWZ.
