France – Telecommunications services – Fourniture de services de télécommunications fixes et mobiles

This contract concerns the Supply of fixed and mobile telecommunications services. The services are divided into two (2) lots as follows:

• Lot 1 – Mobile Connectivity and Associated Services: this lot covers Voice and Data bundles for mobile employees, Machine-to-Machine (M2M/IoT) solutions, mobile fleet management (MDM) and bulk SMS campaigns.

• Lot 2 – Fixed Connectivity, VPN, SD-WAN, SASE and Corporate Telephony: this lot covers all needs for high-speed Internet access (FTTH/FTTB), MPLS VPN services with the option of centralised Internet output, Ethernet VPNs, SD-WAN and SASE solutions, as well as corporate fixed-line telephony services (Broadband, IP Centrex, SIP Trunk).

The two lots are independent and may be awarded to different contractors. Each candidate may respond to one or both lots. The buyer reserves the right not to award one or more lots in the event of an unsatisfactory offer.
