The WBM intends to award the operation, further development and modernisation of its IT network infrastructure. The aim is to ensure the secure, high-performance and future-proof operation of the IT infrastructure. The scope of services includes taking over operations, ongoing operation according to defined service classes, continuous optimisation and project-related modernisation services. The basis of the contract is an EVB-IT contract. The hardware, software licenses and maintenance contracts required for operation will be provided by the WBM as a supplied item.
