France – Tree-maintenance services – La présente consultation concerne les prestations phytosanitaires, l'élagage, l'abattage d'arbres du patrimoine communal et intercommunal sur le territoire de l'agglomération Roissy Pays de France

The Roissy Pays de France agglomeration community, comprising 42 communes spread across the départements of Val-d'Oise (95) and Seine-et-Marne (77), over 342 km2 around the Roissy - Charles-de-Gaulle airport platform, has decided to launch this consultation as a purchasing group with 9 of its member communes, identified at this time. The services are divided into 4 lots:

- Lot No. 1: Tree pruning and felling, south sector

- Lot No. 2: Tree pruning and felling, north sector

- Lot No. 3: Tree pruning and felling, east sector

- Lot No. 4: Phytosanitary services across the entire territory

The general description of the services and the conditions for their execution are set out in this document and more particularly in the Particular Technical Clauses Document (CCTP) of the relevant lots. This consultation is carried out within the framework of a purchasing group in accordance with Articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the Public Procurement Code with the following buyers identified at the time of the launch of the consultation:

- Roissy Pays de France Agglomeration Community (coordinator);

- Commune of Dammartin-en-Goële;

- Commune of Ecouen;

- Commune of Fosses;

- Commune of Gressy;

- Commune of Longperrier;

- Commune of Mitry-Mory;

- Commune of Puiseux-en-France;

- Commune of Roissy-en-France;

- Commune of Le Thillay;

- Commune of Villiers-le-Bel.

Place(s) of execution:

- Intercommunal territory of the Roissy Pays de France Agglomeration Community

- Communal territory of each of the member communes of the purchasing group

The coordinator of the purchasing group is the Roissy Pays de France Agglomeration Community. It is responsible for the award, signature and notification of the framework agreement. Each member of the group is responsible for the execution of the framework agreement for the part concerning it and will ensure its follow-up.
