The Directorate General for Social Assistance and Child Protection Timis intends to conclude a FREMEWORK AGREEMENT for Catering Services, CPV Code 55520000-1 for the Jimbolia Home for the Elderly under the DGASPC Timis. The procedure will be finalised by concluding a framework agreement for a period of 24 months, in accordance with the award documentation. The framework agreement will be concluded with a MAXIMUM of 2 (two) economic operators, provided there is a sufficient number of economic operators who have submitted admissible tenders. In the event that the number of admissible tenders is less than the maximum number of 2 (two) economic operators provided for in the award documentation, the framework agreement will be concluded with the tenderer(s) whose tenders are declared winners, following the evaluation. Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: subsequent contracts will be concluded every 6 months, depending on the needs and available funds of the contracting authority. Estimated value: minimum 58,110.00 lei excl. VAT - maximum 1,415,947.00 lei excl. VAT. Estimated value of subsequent contracts: Catering Services, CPV code 55520000-1, for the Jimbolia Home for the Elderly under the DGASPC Timis: • minimum value (Vcs min) = 58,110.00 lei excl. VAT • maximum value (Vcs max) = 356,408.00 lei excl. VAT. The total estimated value of the present procedure is 1,415,947.00 lei excl. VAT = Vmax. Tenders will be drawn up and evaluated for 24 MONTHS (731 DAYS), corresponding to the Jimbolia Home for the Elderly under the DGASPC Timis. The minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement and of the subsequent contracts that are expected to be procured are specified in the Annexes to the Terms of Reference. The award of subsequent contracts will be made without reopening competition between the economic operators signatories to the framework agreement, with respect for the technical and financial conditions provided for in the framework agreement. The signing of subsequent contracts is conditional on the existence of financial resources allocated for this purpose. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/information in the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
